The chef deftly combines flavors and has a flair for plate presentation. Divine homemade breads whet your appetite for the first course. Start with an amazing soft shell crab with lobster spring rolls, crab cakes with chipotle cream, grilled foie gras or an artisan cheese plate. Enjoy sweet or savory green salads, both innovative and delicious. Orange-crusted chicken with preserved lemon crème fraiche, caraway dusted duck breast with griddle corn bread and kumquat chutney and salmon with soft shell crab bring a sophisticated flavors to each dish. The chef's version of buffalo hanging tender with cattle-bean spinach salad and sweet soy-glazed mushrooms brings great flavors. Scallops, steak and Colorado lamb rack are more options for entrées. End with decadent, peanut butter sprayed chocolate mousse, lemon tart or crème brulee. Enjoy the tasting dinner for a special treat. At the bar, or at lunch, don't miss the Kobe beef burger. Owner Gene Tang takes great pride in an extraordinary wine list matching the glassware to each selection.
