our hearty beef brisket is smoked for twelve hours over fresh cut hickory wood. Our most popular sandwich

smoked for fifteen hours to tender perfection. Served with our tangy vinegar sauce to bring out the full flavor of the meat

our juicy smoked chicken is quartered or pulled off the bone and then grilled and brushed with our original BBQ sauce
