Aaron Forman and his partners have taken what was once an excellent neighborhood restaurant and
turned it into something sublime, with a beautiful rustic interior, wide-open kitchen and talented
floor staff. The menu is excellent, with the talented crew on the line offering everything from
confit of bacon to chicken-fried sweetbreads, with amazingly delicious and intellectual takes on
all-American comfort foods. Everything about this place is genius, and there’s just one problem:
Sometimes you can’t get a seat.
