Enter this small restaurant and the wonderful aromas fill the air. The place is charming with big windows, and nicely spaced tables with black linen and lovely china. The service is charming and friendly, the food terrific. Start with spring rolls, shrimp tempura, egg rolls, dumplings, coconut shrimp, mussels, and lettuce wraps. These appetizers are enough to make an entire meal, but leave room for more. Soups and salads shine. Royal chicken with cashews, chicken breasts, red and green peppers and onion has that marvelous Thai flavor. Sweet and sour, Yushan, basil and Kung Pao are more poultry choices. Seafood, beef, curries and vegetable dishes offer a huge range of possibilities. Soft shell crab with karee curry is a must, as is the Thai basil tuna seared rare with basil, celery, onion, and asparagus. Crispy or Peking duck are other favorites. The presentation is beautiful as the dishes arrive accompanied by flower radishes and mounds of rice on the colorful plates. End with terrific chocolate desserts, American style and enjoy complimentary orange slices and fortune cookies. The fortune should read “101 Asian Fusion is where you want to return often.”
