Filled with a creamy base of eggs, chorizo/bacon/sausage or potatoes, Little Anita’s burritos hit the spot! This small restaurant will challenge anyone who refuses to consider the burrito an appropriate food for breakfast. Pick them up on your way to work, heat them in a microwave, cut them and serve. Your co-workers will bless you. Other traditional New Mexican favorites are worth a try. The Indian taco burger is a richly flavored sopaipilla filled with a beef patty smothered in green or red chile, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and refried beans. The steak taco is a nicely marinated steak wrapped in either a soft or hard taco. The blue-corn chicken enchilada is reminiscent of many wonderful Northern New Mexico meals.
