Start with the “designed” salads: Mad Caesar (traditional with croutons and parmesan), Don Quixote (greens, mango, avocado, corn, cheese), Dionysus (romaine, onions, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, feta), or the Ty Cobb (romaine, avocado, tomatoes, bacon, onion bleu cheese). That is the beginning of selections. Create your own with lettuce, veggies, toppings, and dressings—with chicken, calamari, tuna, steak or portobello as extras.
