playbook from 1989. But from your first taste of any of the small plates, big plates and apps,
everything suddenly seems less like a robbery than a pitch-perfect homage to the original
brilliance of California Cuisine. In his intimate, sleek storefront space, chef/owner Dylan
Moore reminds us that everything good about a thing-gone-wrong can be recovered and made new
