Enter into this intimate space and enjoy dining in comfort that features soft lighting, nice seating in well-spaced tables and a spot that allows conversation. The staff is excellent and diners can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner as the Grill is situated in the Inn of Cherry Creek. Start with delicious warm bread and appetizers of grilled shrimp, a crab quesadilla served with spicy salsa and black beans or the signature sweet-potato fries. No one can eat just one of these divine, crispy morsels—they are addictive. Several lovely salads and soups are offered for the next course. The apple-glazed Chilean sea bass with cipolline and sweet-corn risotto brings great flavor with a light lobster cream sauce while the half chicken with wild-rice pilaf delights with moist chicken and complementary sides. Stuffed salmon with shrimp mousse, filet and pappardelle with mushrooms are a few more choices. The menu is divided into the standard fare and one page of weekly specials. End with dessert: cheesecake, bread pudding and chocolate cake. The wine list is very well priced and offers some terrific choices by bottle and glass. Breakfast and lunch, where one can dine inside or on the beautiful patio, bring favorites from eggs Benedict to burgers. The Weber is a delightful alternative to the noisy, very busy Cherry Creek scene, a haven for that quiet get-together. And there is complimentary parking.
