This downtown diner reflects the tradition of Denver, boasting Western décor, saddles for bar seats and great Western art. You’ll find all the favorites from Mom’s kitchen: thick slices of buffalo meat loaf, Rocky Mountain trout, chicken fried steak and catfish. The signature pan-fried chicken arrives crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Each order comes with rolls, salad, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and thick country gravy.
